We currently have opportunities for Trainee Recruitment Consultants, Experienced IT Recruitment Consultants and Business Leaders.

Trainee Recruitment Consultants: London, Brighton or Chester

This is an exceptional opportunity to embark upon a fast paced, rewarding career in recruitment. We place great importance on providing thorough training in all aspects of the role and this would continue throughout your career with us.

Training commences immediately upon joining Korus, when you will first be placed on a one week ‘boot camp’ training programme to provide you with the basic knowledge and skills to commence your role.

The job inevitably involves challenges, hard work and often long hours; but success in recruitment can also bring exceptional rewards. We offer competitive salaries and un-capped commission schemes. The more successful you are the more you earn.

You will need to be bright, articulate & above all, be determined for success. You may be a recent graduate, or if not, will have already gained some early experience in a sales, marketing or recruitment related role.

IT Recruitment Consultants: London, Brighton or Chester

We are always interested to hear from both Permanent and Contract IT Recruitment Consultants, at all levels. As an experienced consultant you will already have a good understanding of the sort or track record and experience that a successful recruitment company like Korus would want to see. You will need to show how you have progressed in your career to date, backed up with tangible, above average results and be able to communicate how you would expect to build upon that experience and develop your career further with us.

Business Leaders: Nationwide opportunities

We are keen to talk with potential Business Leaders who will currently be highly successful recruitment consultants with both the skills and aspirations to progress and develop into owner managers of significant recruitment businesses. It is anticipated that between 1 – 3 Business Leaders could be established to head up each company. So there is scope to set up an individual entrepreneur or a group of colleagues who may be currently working together.

Each business will be established to focus upon the sector of recruitment that it’s Business Leaders excel in and that offers complimentary, scalable and non competitive services to the other group companies. This may be industry, technical or geographically focused.

The Business Leaders will all need to adopt leading roles in driving the sales and recruitment activity from the front, taking a very hands-on approach and making full advantage of their industry knowledge and contacts to rapidly grow their business base, particularly in the early years. Therefore you need to be very active now in a billing capacity, but not necessarily with any current management responsibilities or experience.

Once we have identified the right people, we would put them in charge of a Korus branded, funded, start-up recruitment business. We would provide a modest salary and bonus scheme and a share option scheme which would allow business leaders to build an equity stake of up to 20%. There’s no doubt that the income will be less than could be earned elsewhere in the industry; but that, together with all the hard work, will be the investment to gain a substantial equity stake in a substantial business. No other personal investment will be required.
