With a background in recruitment, sales and marketing, David has worked in a variety of industry sectors and has managed enterprises from start up and initial funding, through to acquisition and the subsequent integration and business change processes.

He began a career in the recruitment industry in 1994 and after 3 very successful years as a new business recruitment consultant, he set up his first recruitment venture in 1997. As managing director, he grew that business to a £3m turnover.

Prior to establishing Korus Recruitment Group, David was CEO and a major shareholder of Sand Resources Ltd; a £30m revenue, specialist IT recruitment firm, established in 1999. The company achieved rapid growth from the outset, exceeding £1m turnover in its first year and went on to be ranked in 2004, as one of the UK's fastest growing privately owned firms, according to a survey published in Real Business magazine.
